Anatolia Restaurant caters Deepavali and Diwali orders across Singapore from 58 Arab Street. Everything is 100% halal, the vegetarian range is a full menu rather than a side option, and every order is built to your headcount over WhatsApp instead of a fixed package. Baklava and kunafa gift boxes are available for corporate gifting. Dine-in gets 15% off from 5 to 10 November.
Deepavali 2026 falls on Sunday 8 November, with Monday 9 November as the public holiday in lieu. That matters more than it looks, because offices do not hold their Deepavali lunch on the holiday itself. They hold it the week before.
So if you are the one organising it, your real window is Monday 2 to Friday 6 November. That is this week, so message us today.
Here is the thing about festive catering in a Singapore office. You have Hindu colleagues who want vegetarian food, Muslim colleagues who need halal certification, and everyone else. Most caterers make you solve that with two separate orders. We do not.

Vegetarian platters that are not an afterthought
Look at most Deepavali catering menus and the vegetarian option is one tray at the end of a list of chicken and mutton dishes. On our menu it is the opposite. The mezze section is vegetarian by default, and it is the part the whole table eats from.
| Dish | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Hummus | Chickpea, tahini, olive oil | S$14.37 |
| Muhammara | Roasted pepper and walnut | S$15.21 |
| Baba Ghanoush | Smoked aubergine | S$14.37 |
| Moutabbal | Aubergine and yoghurt | S$14.37 |
| Wara'a Enab | Stuffed vine leaves | S$14.37 |
| Ezme | Chopped tomato and herb salad | S$14.37 |
| Saksuka | Aubergine in tomato | S$14.37 |

Add falafel, cheese pide and warm bread and that is a complete vegetarian spread without anybody compromising. Browse the cold mezze, the hot appetisers, and the vegetarian set.
Halal Deepavali catering across Singapore
We deliver island-wide. Every order is built around what you actually need, which is why there is no fixed package list on this page.
Tell us three things over WhatsApp and we quote back:
- Headcount
- How many need vegetarian
- Budget per head
That is deliberately different from how most caterers work. Fixed packages mean you pay for dishes nobody touches and go short on the ones that disappear first. A customised order does not.
If you would rather just order directly, every dish on the site is available online, including the delivery sets:
| Set | Feeds | Price | Per head |
|---|---|---|---|
| Special Set (delivery only) | 2 pax | S$100.00 | S$50.00 |
| Special Set (delivery only) | 3 pax | S$115.00 | S$38.33 |
| Special Set (delivery only) | 5 pax | S$175.00 | S$35.00 |

Tell us the headcount and the vegetarian split. We will quote the same day.

Catering delivery and restaurant dining are taxed differently in Singapore, and almost nobody explains this. Delivery catering adds 9% GST. Restaurant dining adds 10% service charge and then 9% GST on top of that, which works out to 19.9% in total.

Being straight with you on where we sit. Our delivery sets work out around S$35 to S$50 a head, which is above the S$17 to S$27 range you will find from Indian caterers. We are not the cheap option and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What you get for the difference is charcoal grilling to order, a vegetarian range that stands on its own, and one halal order that works for every person in the room.
Baklava and kunafa gift boxes for Deepavali
Corporate gifting across a mixed office is awkward. One recipient needs halal, another is vegetarian, a third has no restriction at all, and you are buying thirty of the same thing.
Pistachio baklava and kunafa solve that. Halal, vegetarian, travel well, and they sit comfortably alongside traditional mithai rather than replacing anything. Plenty of our customers send both.
Good for:
- Corporate gifting where one box has to work for every recipient
- Something to bring when visiting over the long weekend
- Office dessert trays that hold for hours on a table

See the full dessert range, or message us for box sizes and bulk corporate pricing.
Two MRT stops from Little India, if you are seeing the lights
If you are heading to the Deepavali light-up on Serangoon Road, the restaurants around it fill up fast and parking is close to impossible.
Little India and Bugis are two stops apart on the Downtown Line, with Rochor in between. From Bugis it is a seven minute walk to 58 Arab Street, and our kitchen runs until midnight, so a late dinner after the lights is easy.

While you are in the area: Arab Street food guide and Haji Lane versus Arab Street.
Dine-in bookings between 5 and 10 November get 15% off. Book a table.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy Deepavali snacks in Singapore?
Little India has the widest selection of traditional snacks. For halal Middle Eastern options, Anatolia on Arab Street does baklava, kunafa and savoury mezze boxes, orderable online or over WhatsApp with island-wide delivery.
What should I give for Deepavali in Singapore?
Sweets are the standard gift. A halal, vegetarian box works for every recipient in a mixed office, which is why baklava and kunafa boxes have become common alongside traditional mithai.
What is the best gift to give for Diwali?
Something shareable and suitable for everyone. A dessert box, a fruit hamper, or a catering tray for the household. Avoid anything with restrictions that the recipient has to work around.
What should I bring to a Diwali party?
A dessert box or a cold mezze tray. Both travel well, need no reheating, and suit vegetarian guests. Hummus with warm bread is reliably the first thing finished.
What are some good halal snacks to buy in Singapore?
Baklava, kunafa, falafel, cheese pide and cold mezze such as hummus and muhammara. All are halal and vegetarian, and all hold well as party food.
What are some good snacks to eat for Diwali?
Traditional Deepavali snacks include murukku, athirasam and various laddu. If you want something different on the table, pistachio baklava and savoury mezze work well alongside them.
Where should I go for Diwali in Singapore?
Little India is the centre of the celebration, with the Serangoon Road light-up and the festival village. Kampong Glam is two MRT stops away on the Downtown Line if you want dinner away from the crowds afterwards.
What food is eaten during Deepavali?
Vegetarian dishes feature heavily, along with sweets such as laddu, barfi and jalebi. Many households keep the main meal vegetarian and serve a spread of snacks and sweets for visitors.
When is Deepavali 2026 in Singapore?
Sunday 8 November 2026, with Monday 9 November as the public holiday in lieu for those whose rest day falls on the Sunday. The long weekend runs Saturday 7 to Monday 9 November.
