Our Story

Our Story

Anatolia began with a simple idea: serve Turkish food the way it is meant to be eaten—generously, honestly and around a table. Our kitchen brings together the flavours of Anatolia, the Levant and the Mediterranean in a restaurant on Arab Street that feels welcoming to families, couples, friends and groups.

We are close to Bugis MRT and Haji Lane, but the food travels much further: from charcoal-grilled kebabs to fresh mezze, pide, mandi and desserts made for sharing.

 • Muslim-owned and Muslim-operated

 • 100% halal ingredients across the entire menu

 • A warm Arab Street setting for everyday meals and celebrations

Why We Are Called Anatolia

Why We Are Called Anatolia

Anatolia is the historic heartland of Turkey the land where different cultures, ingredients and cooking traditions meet. The name reflects the way we cook: rooted in Turkish tradition, shaped by the wider region and made for the people of Singapore.

Our menu includes Turkish and Lebanese favourites alongside Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options for every table.

Meet Chef Sinan

Chef Sinan started cooking at seven. He worked his way up from commis chef in Istanbul restaurant kitchens, moved to Southeast Asia in 2009 and began serving traditional Turkish food in Singapore through night markets in 2014.

Today, his recipes guide the Anatolia kitchen. After more than thirty years in professional kitchens, he still believes the best Turkish food is generous, balanced and made to be shared.

Our Approach to Turkish and Anatolian Cooking

Our Approach to Turkish and Anatolian Cooking

We cook with the balance that defines good Anatolian food: bright herbs, slow-cooked meat, warm spices, fresh vegetables and bread straight from the oven. Our Turkish charcoal grills are designed for flavour, while mezze and salads bring freshness to the table.

Everything is prepared with care, so guests can order a full meal or build a table of dishes to share.

 • Charcoal grilling for depth and a proper smoky finish

 • Fresh mezze, pide and pastries prepared for sharing

 • Recipes that respect Turkish and Anatolian tradition
