Every hotel buffet in Singapore quotes prices with a double plus sign after the number. That means the price you see is before 10% service charge and before 9% GST. The real number is 19.9% higher.

Where to eat before a night out on Haji Lane
If your plan on 31 October involves Haji Lane, Bugis or Kampong Glam, you want to eat within walking distance of where you are heading. Not a taxi ride away. Arab Street sits directly behind Haji Lane. You walk out of dinner and you are in the middle of it.
Good choices before a long night:

Halal Halloween catering in Singapore for office and house parties
